摘　　要：体育服务综合体是新发展阶段推进我国全民健身战略、补齐体育服务短板的有力载体。基于战略管理中的外部环境分析法,在明晰体育服务综合体概念和类型的基础上,通过分析部分典型案例,探究体育服务综合体所处的宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境,分析其在新发展阶段面临的挑战,并据此提出体育服务综合体发展的推进路径:实施科技驱动战略,构建智慧化管理平台;创新特色运营模式,打造专业化管理团队;平衡公益与商业属性,兼顾社会和经济效益;因地制宜打造品牌,促进区域协调发展;延伸体育服务产业链条,带动相关产业发展。以期促进新时代体育服务综合体的良性健康发展。Sports service complex is a powerful carrier to promote China’s national fitness strategy and make up for the shortcomings of sports services in the new development stage.By using the external environment analysis method in strategic management,on the basis of clarifying the concept and types of sports service complexes,the macro environment,the industry environment,and the competitive environment in which sports service complexes are located are explored through analyzing some typical cases.The challenges faced by sports service complexes in the new development stage are analyzed,and the advancing paths for the development of sports service complexes are proposed accordingly:implementing technology-driven strategies and building intelligent management platforms;innovating characteristic operation modes and building professional management teams;balancing public welfare and commercial attributes and taking into account social and economic benefits;creating brands according to local conditions and promoting coordinated regional development;extending the sports service industry chain and driving the development of related industries.So as to promote the sound and healthy development of the sports service complex in the new era.
