摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,探讨新质生产力赋能冰雪运动产业高质量发展的理论逻辑和现实困境,并针对性地提出突破路径。研究认为,新质生产力赋能冰雪运动产业高质量发展的理论逻辑在于激发产业动能,推动高效流程管理;优化客户体验,打造高品质服务环境;践行环保理念,实现产业可持续发展。新质生产力赋能冰雪运动产业高质量发展存在的现实困境为政策制度不健全、科技创新不充分、人才培养不匹配、市场认知不清晰。针对此困境提出突破路径:完善政策制度体系,推动产业规范发展;加强核心技术研发,促进产业技术应用;优化人才培养模式,提升产业人才匹配度;明确市场方向定位,扩大产业发展领域。By using the literature and logical analysis methods,this paper explores the theoretical logic and practical dilemmas of the new quality productive forces enabling the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports industry,and puts forward the breakthrough path in a targeted way.This paper concludes that the theoretical logic of the new quality productive forces enabling the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports industry lies in stimulating industrial kinetic energy and promoting efficient process management,optimizing customer experience and creating a high-quality service environment,and practicing the concept of environmental protection and realizing the sustainable development of the industry.And finds that there is a dilemma of inadequate policy system,insufficient scientific and technological innovation,mismatch of talent cultivation,and unclear market perception in the high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry empowered by the new quality productive forces.Accordingly,the following breakthrough paths are proposed:improve the policy and institutional system to promote the standardized development of the industry;strengthen the core technology research and development,and promote the application of industrial technology;optimize the talent training mode to enhance the matching degree of industrial talents;and clarify the market direction and positioning,and expand the field of industrial development.
