摘 要:依据体育教联体构建的实践路径实现家校社协同育人的转型,是当前教学育人改革的热点探讨话题,对深化与推进育人改革具有重要意义。从论述家校社协同育人的逻辑起点入手,针对家校社育人出现的三大弊端:缺位(父母教育不在乎)、失策(教师教学不称职)、塌陷(社会教导不合格)等问题,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,试图构建家校社协同育人的框架:构建共生体发展关系,打造交叠式服务机制,形成场域型空间体系。并在此基础上提出家校社协同育人的实践路径:以形达意构造内阁团、以实促效发展资源链、以感入心强化关系网。以期使家校社协同育人下形成纵向衔接、横向一致的体育教联体体系,推动各地中小学校以“教联体”为抓手,在馆校协同、家校互动、社教同频上加强协同配合,进而实现家校社协同育人。To achieve the transformation of family,school and social education cooperation based on the practical path constructed by the sports education consortium is a hot topic of discussion in current teaching and education reform,which is of great significance for deepening and promoting teaching and education reform.Therefore,starting from the logical starting point of discussing the collaboration between family,school,and social education,this paper attempts to address the three major drawbacks of previous family,school,and social education:deficiency(parental education not caring),misjudgment(inadequate teaching by teachers),and collapse(inadequate social education).By using literature review and logical analysis methods,this paper attempts to construct a content framework for the collaboration between family,school,and social education:to build a symbiotic development relationship,to create an overlapping service mechanism,and to form a field type spatial system.On this basis,a practical path for the collaboration between family,school,and social education is proposed:constructing a cabinet group through form and meaning,promoting the development of a resource chain through practice,and strengthening the network of relationships through empathy.In order to form a vertically connected and horizontally consistent sports education consortium system under the collaborative education of families,schools,and communities,and to promote primary and secondary schools in various regions to use the“education consortium”as a starting point to strengthen collaborative cooperation in library school collaboration,family school interaction,and social education frequency,thereby achieving the synergy of family,school and social education.
