摘　　要：目的:评价新型心脏交感神经显像药物4-18氟-氟代二乙氧基-3-溴苄基胍(18F-FPMBBG)正电子发射计算机断层显像/计算机断层摄影术(PET/CT)在健康志愿者和心力衰竭(心衰)患者中的显像效果。方法:选择健康志愿者(健康对照组)和心衰患者(心衰组)各4例,分别进行18F-FPMBBG PET/CT动态显像,观察18F-FPMBBG在两组人体心脏及邻近器官中的放射性分布特性,并比较两组左心室心肌对18F-FPMBBG的摄取。结果:所有受试者静脉注射18F-FPMBBG后未观察到任何不良反应。健康对照组心肌摄取迅速且保持稳定,肺部摄取极低,心血池和肝脏清除快,注射后30、60、90 min的心/肝摄取比分别为2.33±0.81、3.29±0.90和3.80±1.07。与健康对照组相比,心衰组18F-FPMBBG左心室心肌平均标准摄取值(SUVmean)较低(P=0.003),而洗脱率(WR)较高[(16.53±2.76)%vs.(3.88±4.51)%,P=0.003]。结论:18F-FPMBBG在健康志愿者和心衰患者的初步显像中均显示出较好的显像和诊断效果,有可能成为一种理想的心脏交感神经显像药物。Objectives:To evaluate the imaging effects of the novel sympathetic nerve imaging agent^(18)F-FPMBBG in healthy volunteers and heart failure patients.Methods:Four healthy volunteers and four heart failure patients were selected to undergo^(18)F-FPMBBG positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)dynamic imaging,the radioactivity distribution characteristics of^(18)F-FPMBBG in the heart and adjacent organs of the two groups were observed,and the uptake of^(18)F-FPMBBG by the left ventricular myocardium was compared in the two groups.Results:No adverse effects were observed in all subjects after intravenous injection of^(18)F-FPMBBG.In healthy volunteers,the heart uptake was rapid and stable,lung uptake was very low,and the blood pool and liver clearance were fast.The heart/liver uptake ratios at 30,60,and 90 minutes after injection were 2.33±0.81,3.29±0.90 and 3.80±1.07,respectively.The average standard uptake value(SUVmean)of^(18)F-FPMBBG in the heart failure group was significantly lower than that in the healthy volunteer group(P=0.003).The washout rate(WR)was significantly higher in the heart failure group([16.53±2.76]%vs.[3.88±4.51]%,P=0.003).Conclusions:^(18)F-FPMBBG showed good imaging and diagnostic effects in the preliminary imaging of healthy subjects and heart failure patients,and it has the potential to become an ideal cardiac sympathetic nerve imaging agent.
