摘  要:以太湖西山生态岛周边水域为调查对象,于2023—2024年开展了春、夏、秋、冬4个季节后生浮游动物调查和分析。结果显示,太湖西山岛周边水域后生浮游动物种类丰富,季节性变化明显,以轮虫和小型浮游甲壳动物为主,小型化特征突出。调查共鉴定出后生浮游动物3大类45种,包含轮虫21种,桡足类13种,枝角类11种。后生浮游动物物种数平均值表现为夏季>秋季>春季>冬季。后生浮游动物香农-维纳(Shannon-Wiener)多样性指数(H′)全年平均值为1.87,季节特征表现为夏季>秋季>冬季>春季;皮耶罗(Pielou)均匀度指数(J′)全年平均值为0.62,季节特征表现为夏季>冬季>秋季>春季。The present study investigated and analyzed the surrounding waters of Xishan Ecological Island in Taihu Lake for four quarters from 2023 to 2024(representing the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn,and winter,respectively).The findings revealed a rich diversity of postlarval zooplankton species,with pronounced seasonal variations,predominantly consisting of rotifers and small crustaceans,exhibiting notable miniaturization characteristics.A total of 45 postlarval zooplankton species were identified across three groups,including 21 rotifer species,13 copepod species,and 11 cladicornis species.The average species of postlarval zooplankton displayed the following order:summer>autumn>spring>winter.Furthermore,the average Shannon-Wiener diversity index for postlarval zooplankton was calculated as 1.87(summer>autumn>winter>spring),while the average annual Pielou evenness index stood at 0.62(summer>winter>autumn>spring).
