摘 要:于2023年7月—2024年6月在上海开展了环境空气中甲醛的手工监测和在线监测比对,对全年54组3 h手工监测和在线监测数据进行相关性、一致性和差异性分析。结果表明,自动监测和手工监测的皮尔森(Pearson)相关系数(r)>0.9,组内相关系数(ICC)为0.96,说明手工监测和在线监测比对实验结果呈现显著的线性相关性和一致性。由于2个方法之间存在系统误差,配对t检验显示两者之间存在中等程度的显著性差异。进一步使用相对偏差进行分析,结果表明,98.2%数据对的相对偏差<30%。为了进一步加强空气中甲醛的手工监测和在线监测数据的可比性和准确性,建议加强质控管理,同时开展手工监测和在线监测的同源校准。To assess the comparability of data obtained from manual and automatic formaldehyde monitoring,a comparison study was conducted in Shanghai from July 2023 to June 2024.A total of 54 sets of 3-hour manual and online formaldehyde monitoring data were subjected to correlation analysis,consistency analysis,and comparative analysis.The results showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient(r) between automatic and manual formaldehyde monitoring was greater than 0.9,with an intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) of 0.96,indicating significant linear correlation and high consistency between the manual and online experiments.However,due to systematic errors between the two methods,paired t-tests indicated a moderate level of significant difference.Further analysis using relative bias showed that 98.2% of data pairs had relative deviations within 30%,suggesting that systematic biases remained within acceptable quality control limits.To enhance the comparability of manual and automatic formaldehyde monitoring data,it is recommended to strengthen quality control management,as well as to conduct homogenous calibration between manual and online monitoring,thereby further improving the comparability and accuracy of online and manual environmental air formaldehyde measurements.
