摘  要:聚合物作为常见的药物递送材料,具有制备方法简单、化学结构可调节和出色的生物相容性等优点,在许多疾病的响应递送方面,特别是在结肠疾病的药物递送中有广阔的研究和应用价值。利用聚合物的结构可调节的特点,目前已构建出基于pH响应、微生物酶响应、活性氧响应、生物黏附等递送策略的聚合物药物递送系统,在结肠炎治疗中展现出优异效果。该文综述了结肠炎微环境响应型聚合物药物递送系统在结肠炎治疗中的研究进展,并对其研究和应用前景进行讨论。As common drug delivery materials,polymers possess the advantages of a simple preparation method,adjustable chemical structure,and excellent biocompatibility.They are widely used in the responsive drug delivery for various diseases,especially in drug delivery of colon diseases.Utilizing the adjustable characteristics of polymers,drug delivery systems based on pH response,microbial enzyme response,reactive oxygen species response,and bio-adhesion have been constructed,showing excellent efficacy in the treatment of colitis.This article reviews the research progress of polymer-based targeted drug delivery systems in the treatment of colitis and discusses its research and application prospects.
