摘　　要：目的 从“彭子益圆运动”探索三伏贴与体质的相关性并指导临床应用。方法 选取2020—2023年重庆医科大学附属大学城医院收治的进行三伏贴治疗支气管哮喘、过敏性鼻炎患者100例,通过发放中医体质量表将调查结果按9种体质分为九组,通过病例报告表比较三伏贴治疗后情况。三伏贴组方紧扣“肺气虚寒、不能收敛”之病机,通过循经穴位“补肺虚寒、收敛金气”恢复人体气机的调达畅通,从而维持人体之气圆运动。结果 虚证组患者疗效最好,虚实夹杂组患者中土气虚,中土运化失常,痰湿中阻,出现四维升降失调,相火周流不顺,贴敷部位气机阻滞而生病变,故发生贴敷部位水泡、瘙痒等不良反应最多。结论 通过“彭子益圆运动”探索出在三伏贴临床治疗应用中根据体质加减贴敷药物及贴敷穴位可更好地恢复人体圆运动,让三伏贴在临床运用中既可增效又能降低不良反应。Objective To explore the correlation between San-fu herbal patch and constitution from“Peng Zi Yi circular Movement”and to guide the clinical application.Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis treated with San-fu herbal patch were selected from 2020 to 2023 at the University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,and the results were divided into nine groups according to nine types of body qualities by distributing the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire,and were compared with the San-fu herbal patch treatment through the case report form.The formula of San-fu herbal patch closely follows the disease mechanism of“lung qi deficiency and cold,unable to astringency”,through the meridian acupoints,“tonifying lung deficiency and cold,astringency and gold qi”to restore the human body′s qi regulation and unimpeded,so as to maintain the human body′s qi round movement.Results The patients of deficiency syndrome group had the best curative effect.The patients of deficiency and excess syndrome group had the deficiency of soil and qi,the dysfunction of soil transportation,the obstruction of phrem-dampness,the imbalance of four-dimensional rise and fall,the flow of phase fire was not smooth,and the qi movement was blocked at the application site,so the adverse reactions such as blisters and pruritus occurred most.Conclusion Through the“Peng Zi Yi circular movement”to explore the application of the San-fu herbal patch clinical treatment according to the physical quality of the addition and subtraction of the paste drugs and paste points can be better restored to the body′s circular movement,so that the San-fu herbal patch can not only increase the effect but also reduce the adverse reactions in clinical application.
