摘　　要：目的 探讨AIDET沟通模式联合KTH整合式护理模式在不良妊娠结局孕妇护理中的效果及对其负性心理的影响。方法 选取2021年10月至2024年2月该院妇产科收治的不良妊娠结局孕妇96例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组48例。研究组采用AIDET沟通模式联合KTH整合式护理模式,对照组采用常规护理。孕妇出院后开展随访对护理效果进行观察,记录其依从性(规律用药、定时复查、健康饮食、不良习惯戒除、健康作息)、护理工作满意度、健康知识掌握、健康行为评分等,比较2组孕妇护理前后负性心理(焦虑、抑郁)、家庭功能、生活质量评分等变化。结果 研究组孕妇依从性明显优于对照组,护理工作满意度、健康知识掌握、健康行为评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组孕妇护理前负性心理、家庭功能、生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组孕妇护理后负性心理、家庭功能、生活质量评分均明显优于护理前,且研究组孕妇护理后负性心理、家庭功能、生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AIDET沟通模式联合KTH整合式护理模式在不良妊娠结局孕妇护理中的效果显著,能改善孕妇身心状态,改善预后,促使其尽快恢复正常生活。Objective To explore the effects of the AIDET communication model combined with the KTH integrated nursing model in the care of pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcomes and its impact on their negative psychological state.Methods A total of 96 pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcomes,admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital from October 2021 to February 2024,were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The research group received the AIDET communication model combined with the KTH integrated nursing model,while the control group received conventional nursing care.After discharge,follow-up was conducted to observe the nursing outcomes.Compliance(e.g.,regular medication,timely check-ups,healthy diet,elimination of bad habits,healthy lifestyle),nursing satisfaction,health knowledge acquisition,and health behavior scores were recorded.The changes in negative psychological state(anxiety,depression),family function,and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The research group showed significantly better compliance than the control group.The nursing satisfaction,health knowledge acquisition,and health behavior scores were also significantly higher in the research group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups regarding negative psychological state,family function,or quality of life scores(P>0.05).After nursing,both groups showed significant improvement in negative psychological state,family function,and quality of life scores.And the research group demonstrated a more significant improvement in these scores compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The AIDET communication model combined with the KTH integrated nursing model has a significant effect in the care of pr
