摘　　要：目的 对社区老年人口腔健康相关生活质量(OHRQoL)的影响因素进行系统评价。方法 使用计算机检索国内外相关数据库,搜集关于社区老年人OHRQoL影响因素的文献。筛选文献、提取数据并评价纳入文献的偏倚风险。最终纳入的文献运用Stata13.0软件进行meta分析。结果 共纳入文献11篇,涉及社区老年人13 086例。现存牙齿数量、经济收入、假牙是否合适、口腔疾病、文化程度、抑郁症状、牙齿疼痛、自评一般健康状况、自评口腔健康状况是社区老年人OHRQoL的影响因素。结论 社区老年人OHRQoL是生理、心理、社会、其他等多种因素共同作用的结果。医护人员应该对OHRQoL下降的老年人根据其特点采取针对性口腔健康干预,改善其口腔健康及生活质量,促进老年人健康老龄化。Objective To systematically evaluate the influencing factors of oral health-related quality of life(OHRQoL)of the elderly in community.Methods A computer-based search was performed to collect the literatures on the influencing factors of OHRQoL among the elderly in the community.The literatures were screened,the data were extracted and the risk of bias was evaluated.Stata13.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 11 articles were included,with a total sample size of 13086 cases.Meta analysis showed that the number of existing teeth,income,denture suitability,oral diseases,education level,depressive symptoms,tooth pain,self-rated general health status and self-rated oral health status were the influencing factors of OHRQoL for the elderly in the community.Conclusion OHRQoL of the elderly in the community is the result of physiological factors,psychological factors,social factors and other factors.Healthcare professionals should adopt targeted oral health interventions based on the characteristics of older adults with declining OHRQoL according to their characteristics,improve their oral health and quality of life,and promote healthy aging in older adults.
