摘　　要：目前,我国植入心脏永久起搏器患者数量呈增长趋势。该文围绕植入心脏永久起搏器患者并发不良情绪的情况综述了并发不良情绪的研究现状、心理干预的作用机制、并发不良情绪的影响因素、预防及心理护理的方法,以及心理干预在植入心脏永久起搏器患者并发不良情绪方面的应用,以期为植入心脏永久起搏器患者的心理护理提供参考依据。At present,the number of patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation in China is still showing an increasing trend.This paper reviewed the research status,the mechanism of psychological intervention,the influencing factors,the methods of prevention and psychological care,and the application of psychological intervention in patients with permanent cardiac pacemakers complicated with adverse mood,so as to provide reference for psychological care of patients with permanent cardiac pacemakers.
