摘　　要：环状RNA是一类内源性非编码单链共价闭合的RNA分子。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,环状RNA可调节动脉粥样硬化、心肌细胞凋亡、血管新生及心脏重构等生理、病理过程,与急性心肌梗死(AMI)的发生和发展密切相关。因此,环状RNA可能作为诊断AMI的生物标志物及治疗的新靶点。该文从环状RNA的形成和功能及其在AMI中的研究进展等方面进行综述。Circular RNA is a kind of endogenous noncoding single-stranded covalently closed RNA molecule.In recent years,a growing number of studies have shown that circular RNA can regulate physiological and pathological processes such as atherosclerosis,myocardial cell apoptosis,angiogenesis,and cardiac remodeling,which are closely related to the occurrence and development of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Therefore,circular RNA may be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis of AMI and a new target for treatment.This article reviewed the formation and function of circular RNA and its research progress in AMI.
