摘 要:热定型机在加装余热回收装置后,存在热定型机烘箱温度波动大,烘箱温度波动不易控制的问题,进而容易出现加工产品质量不稳定、加工效率低等现象。为解决热定型机在加装余热回收装置后导致的热定型机烘箱温度波动问题,并为加装余热回收装置的热定型机烘箱温度控制系统提供模型参考,通过分析加装余热回收装置的热定型机工作原理,建立使用余热回收装置的热定型机工作方框图。运用模块化建模的思想简化建模流程,并从传质传热角度建立加装余热回收装置热定型机烘箱温度的数学模型。通过模型找出影响热定型机烘箱温度的因素,并分析影响原因。通过实验对比仿真温度值与实际设备的工作温度值,实验结果表明,该模型有较好的准确性。After the heat-setting machine is equipped with a waste heat recovery device,there are problems that the oven temperature of the heat-setting machine fluctuates greatly,and the temperature fluctuation of the oven is difficult to control,resulting in unstable product quality and low processing efficiency.In order to understand the influence of the temperature fluctuation of the heat-setting machine oven after the waste heat recovery device is installed on the heat-setting machine,and to provide a model reference for the oven temperature control system of the heat-setting machine with the waste heat recovery device.By analyzing the working principle of the heat setting machine equipped with the waste heat recovery device,the working block diagram of the heat setting machine using the waste heat recovery device is established.The idea of modular modeling is used to simplify the modeling process,and a mathematical model of the oven temperature of the heat-setting machine with a waste heat recovery device is established from the perspective of mass transfer and heat transfer.Find out the factors that affect the oven temperature of the heat-setting machine through the model and analyze the reasons.The experimental results show that the model has good accuracy by comparing the simulated temperature value with the actual equipment working temperature value.
