摘 要:为了提高车轮模具的设计效率和质量,以知识工程和有限元集成仿真技术为核心,提出了基于CAD/CAE智能集成车轮的成型模具设计方案,构建了系统框架体系。通过基于逆向推理的车轮坯形生成技术、基于关键点的车轮成型模具自生成技术,以及CAD/CAE集成的车轮锻造仿真技术等关键技术的实现,开发了车轮成型模具智能设计系统。实验结果表明,该系统显著提高了车轮模具设计质量,缩短了开发周期。In order to improve the design efficiency and quality of the train wheel die,an intelligent integrated design scheme for the wheel forming mold based on CAD/CAE is proposed based on the knowledge engineering and finite element integrated simulation technology,and a system framework is established.The intelligent design system of wheel forming die is developed through the realization of the key technologies including the wheel blank generation technology based on reverse reasoning,the wheel forming die generation technology based on the key points and the wheel forging simulation technology with CAD/CAE integrated.The experimental results show that the system can improve the design quality of wheel mold significantly and shorten the development cycle.
