摘 要:随着电动汽车的快速发展,以“抬头显示”(HUD)曲面反射镜为代表的超精密注塑成型镜片凭借优异的光学性能和量产的成本优势在车载智能成像系统中得到了广泛应用。为达到HUD曲面反射镜光学成像的苛刻要求,本文采用数字化设计和有限元模拟的方法进行了模具优化及工艺参数预测等方面的研究。借助UG软件对HUD曲面反射镜注塑模具的分型面、浇注系统、成型零件、侧向成型与抽芯机构、脱模机构等进行了详细的设计,以满足HUD曲面反射镜对几何尺寸精度和表面粗糙度的较高要求;借助Moldflow软件,预测了充填时间、注射压力、锁模力等关键工艺参数,为HUD曲面反射镜成型工艺参数的制定提供了理论依据。该模具的设计及工艺参数分析方法对曲面反射镜及其他高精密塑件的成型具有一定的指导意义。With the rapid development of electric vehicles,ultra-precision injection-molded lenses,such as head-up display(HUD)freeform mirrors,have been widely adopted in intelligent vehicle imaging systems due to their excellent optical performance and cost advantages from mass production.In order to meet the demanding requirements of HUD freeform mirror optical imaging,digital design method and finite element simulation are used to study the optimal design of HUD mold and the prediction of process parameters.The details of the HUD freeform mirror injection mold are designed by UG software.The design encompasses key structural elements,including parting surfaces,gating systems,molding components,lateral forming and core-pulling mechanisms,and demoulding systems,to meet the high standards of geometric accuracy and surface roughness required by HUD freeform mirrors.Additionally,using Moldflow software,critical injection molding parameters such as filling time,injection pressure,and clamping force are predicted,providing a theoretical basis for the molding process parameters to be established.The mold design and process parameter analysis methods presented in this study offer valuable guidance for the manufacturing of freeform mirrors and other similar high-precision plastic components.
