摘　　要：介绍了手机外壳材料选择的变化以及铝合金作为手机外壳材质的性能要求。分析了目前手机用铝合金挤压板材生产中存在的问题和原因,提出了模具结构是关键的要素。指出了传统模具结构的不足;提出并描述了一种新型模具结构,介绍了这种新型模具的设计过程,包括模具结构形式、挤压机能力的选择、导流孔的设计以及工作带的结构与选择等。通过新旧结构模具的使用结果对比,证明了新型模具可以有效减少挤压缩尾的影响,同时得到致密均匀的晶粒组织。The change of material selection of mobile phone shell and the performance requirements of aluminum alloy as mobile phone material are introduced.The problems and causes in the production of aluminum alloy extruded sheets for mobile phones are analyzed.It is pointed out that die structure is the key element.The shortcomings of traditional die structure are pointed out,a new die structure is described,and the design process of the new die structure is described.It includes the die structure,the selection of extruder capacity,the design of guided-hole and the structure and selection of bearing.By comparing the application results of new and old structure dies,it is shown that the new structure is effective,which can reduce the influence of extrusion tail and obtain dense and uniform grain structure.
