摘  要:介绍了某航空发动机空间曲面结构零件合金铸造前的熔模成型模具设计。零件结构为中心菱形通孔加曲面椭圆形,边缘多处倒圆角连接,需要考虑模具成型后不产生飞边,和脱模时不产生干涉。利用UG软件分析出零件特征,对特征面进行分类,利用“等斜度曲线”“拔模分析”命令对零件开模方向进行设计、优化,使用软件辅助,完成对模具结构三维建模、分析,最终成功设计出一模两腔式模具。该模具成本低、开模方便,生产产品质量好,经济效益好。This article introduces the design of the investment molding mold before alloy casting.This article mainly introduces the design of the injection mold for a spatial curved structural part of an aircraft engine.The part structure is a central diamond shaped through-hole with a curved oval shape,and the edges are connected by multiple rounded corners.It is necessary to consider that there will be no flash or interference during demolding after the mold is formed.The UG software is used to analyze the part features,classify the feature surfaces,design and optimize the opening direction of the part by using the commands of“equal slope curve”and“draft analysis”,complete the 3D modeling and analysis of the mold structure with the aid of software,and finally successfully design the the first mock examination and two cavity mold.This mold has low cost,convenient mold opening,good product quality,and good economic benefits.
