摘  要:对由7个锥形管所组成的环形塑料盖的结构进行了分析,并设计了一套先抽芯再顶出的塑料模具。在动模板的底部增设斜锥形管的抽芯座固定板,利用抽芯座固定板与动模板之间的相对运动驱动斜锥形管的抽芯沿轴线方向运动,当工件部分脱模后,再用顶杆顶出。针对模具尺寸较大而产品投影面积较小的特征,设计非标模架,将两块垫块合并为一块垫板,并将推板和顶杆固定板放置在垫板的中间。针对产品上的7个斜锥形管,设计了一套由7个热流道管组成的点浇口浇注系统。为了维持模具温度平衡,设计了多种不同结构的冷却水路。Based on the analysis of the structure of an annular plastic cap consisting of seven conical tubes,a injection mold with firstly core pulling and then ejecting was designed.At the bottom of the moving template,an inclined conical tube core pulling seat fixed plate was added,the relative motion between the core pulling seat fixed plate and the moving template was utilized to drive the core pulling of the inclined conical tube along the axis of demoulding.Considering the large size of the mold and the small projection area of the product,the non-standard mold frame was designed,two pads are merged into one plate,and the push plate and the jacking rod fixed plate are placed in the middle of the plate.Aiming at seven inclined conical pipes on the product,a set of point gate pouring system composed of seven hot runner pipes was designed.In order to maintain the mold temperature balance,a variety of cooling water ways with different structures are designed.
