摘  要:随着制造技术的快速发展,机电一体化技术具有智能化、自动化优势,已经被广泛应用到制造业各个领域中。本文利用机电一体化系统中机械系统、电控系统以及驱动系统之间的相互协作实现机电一体化管理,通过Moldflow软件分析注塑过程,结合浇注系统设计,实现注塑过程的模拟。结果表明,当浇注系统的浇注时间、剪切速率以及填充率分别为8.1 s、5×10^(5) s^(-1)、99.81%,是所有对比系统中表现最为理想的。注射压力在前0.5 s快速上升,8.3 s后注射压力达到最大值103 MPa,而后进入保压阶段,压力降为75 MPa,更有助于熔体快速喷射进入型腔。T311顶端和底端温度差小于T16温度差,比T311更明显。机电一体化技术可有效提高生产效率,对未来制造业的发展有着长远意义。With the rapid development of manufacturing technology,mechatronics technology has the advantages of intelligence and automation,and has been widely used in various fields of manufacturing industry.This paper uses the mutual cooperation between the mechanical system,electronic control system and drive system in the mechatronics system to realize mechatronics management,analyzes the injection molding process through Moldflow software,and combines the gating system design to realize the simulation of the injection molding process.The results show that the pouring time,shear rate and filling rate of the gating system in this paper are 8.1 s,5×10^(5) s^(-1),and 99.81%,respectively,which is the most ideal performance among all the comparison systems.The injection pressure rises rapidly in the first 0.5 s,reaches the maximum value of 103 MPa at 8.3 s,and then enters the pressure holding stage.The pressure drops to 75 MPa,which helps the melt to quickly spray into the cavity.The temperature difference between the top and bottom of T311 is less than that of T16,which is more obvious than T311.Mechatronics technology can effectively improve production efficiency and has long-term significance for the future development of manufacturing industry.
