摘　　要：本研究依据演化韧性概念构建区域经济韧性理论分析框架,以外向型经济大省江苏作为研究对象,对2008年全球经济危机影响下的区域经济韧性进行测度,分析了危机不同阶段江苏省经济韧性的整体特征、行业特征和区域分异特征,并对其主要影响因素进行分析。得出以下主要结论,(1)江苏省经济韧性整体高于全国平均水平,区域经济韧性经历了先上升后下降,此后呈稳定波动的趋势,第三产业的经济韧性明显高于第一产业和第二产业。(2)2008年,房地产业、交通运输、仓储和邮政业以及住宿和餐饮业表现出了较强的韧性,2017年金融业、住宿和餐饮业表现出较强的韧性,而房地产业经济韧性明显下降。(3)江苏省市辖区受经济危机的冲击明显高于外围县市,2008年经济危机对苏南地区的影响要高于苏北和苏中地区,2017年江苏省经济韧性表现出从南向北增加的趋势,空间集聚特征显著。(4)经济危机不同阶段影响区域经济韧性的主要因素是不同的,区域发展基础、产业结构和政府管理对区域经济韧性影响显著性较高。This article builds a theoretical framework of regional economic resilience based on the concept of evolutionary resilience.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,we measure the economic resilience of different stages of the economic crisis in 2008,and analyzes overall characteristics,industry characteristics and regional differential characteristics of economic resilience and its main influencing factors.The study found that,(1)the economic resilience of Jiangsu Province was general higher than the national average.The economic resilience raised and then declined,and then showed a trend of stable fluctuation.The resilience of tertiary industry was significantly higher than the primary industry and the second industry. (2) In 2008, real estate, transportation, warehousing and postal industry, as well as the accommodation and catering industry showed strong resilience. In 2017, the financial, accommodation and catering industry showed strong resilience, while the real estate industry’s resilience declined obviously. (3) The impact of the economic crisis on municipal district was significantly higher than county-level city. The impact of the economic crisis on the Southern Jiangsu was higher than Northern and Central Jiangsu in 2008, and the economic resilience of Jiangsu Province showed a trend of increasing from south to north in 2017. (4) The main factors that affected the regional economic resilience at different stages of the economic crisis are different, but the regional development basis, industrial structure and government management had significant impact on regional economic resilience.
