河北省太行山区生态系统服务价值对土地利用变化的响应

摘　　要：本研究以河北省太行山区为例,基于2000-2020年土地利用和社会经济数据等多源数据,综合土地利用转移矩阵、土地利用动态度等多种方法,评估土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值的影响,确定其生态补偿标准。研究结果表明,(1)2000-2020年,太行山区土地利用以耕地、草地和未利用地减少,林地、水域和建设用地增加为主要特征。(2)2000-2020年的生态系统服务价值变化率为2.17%,林地和水域增加是生态系统服务价值上升的主要原因。此外,除食物生产、原料生产和养分维持循环功能呈下降趋势外,其余各生态系统服务功能均有所提升。(3)县域生态系统服务价值空间分异显著,平山县最高,占2020年区域总价值的比例高达12.10%;峰峰矿区、邯山地区、襄都区、复兴区和井陉矿区的价值占比均不足0.01%,价值贡献率较小。(4)所辖27个县(区)中,13个县(区)的生态系统服务价值有所上升,其余均呈下降趋势。建设用地扩张侵占耕地、草地和水域是价值降低的主要原因。(5)综合研究结果,本研究确定太行山区的生态补偿标准为1540.55万元/年。地方政府应综合土地利用规划,优化调控土地利用结构和布局,合理确定生态补偿机制,助力太行山区生态稳定和可持续发展。Taking Taihang Mountain area of Hebei Province as an example,this study evaluated the impact of land use change on the ecosystem services value and determined its ecological compensation standard based on multi-source data such as land use and socio-economic data from 2000 to 2020,integrated land use transfer matrix,land use dynamic attitude and other methods The results showed that,(1)from 2000 to 2020,the land use in the Taihang Mountains was characterized by the decrease of farmland,grassland and unused land,the increase of forest land,water area and construction land. (2) The change rate of the value of ecosystem services from 2000 to 2020 was 2.17%, and the of forest land and water bodies was the main reason for the rise in the value of ecosystem services. In addition, except for the decline in food production, raw material production and nutrient maintenance cycle functions, the remaining individual ecosystem services increased during studyperiod.(3) The spatial differentiation of ecosystem services value in countieswas significant, and Pingshan County was the highest, accounting for 12.10% of the total regional value in 2020. The value proportion of Fengfeng mining area, Hanshan area, Xiangdu area, Fuxing area and Jingxing mining area was less than 0.01%, and the value contribution rate was small. (4) The ecosystem services value in 13 counties (districts) of the 27 counties (districts) instudyare increased, and the rest showed a downward trend. The expansion of construction land and the occupation of farmland, grassland and water area were the main reasons for the decrease of value.(5) Based on the results of comprehensive research, this study determined that the ecological compensation standard of Taihang Mountain area was 1 540.55 million yuan per year. Local governments should make comprehensive land use planning, optimize and regulate land use structure and layout, and reasonably determine ecological compensation mechanism to help the ecological stability and sustainable development in Taihang Mountai
