甘肃省耕地利用效率时空变化及影响因素研究

摘  要:本文在甘肃省及其14个市(州)耕地利用效率测算的基础上,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,Tobit模型,剖析影响耕地利用效率的因素,为切实实施耕地保护寻找路径。结果表明,(1)2010-2021年,甘肃省耕地利用效率处于中等利用水平,规模效率值较高,年际间相差幅度不大,技术效率值呈波动式上升的趋势,14个市(州)耕地利用效率逐步提高。(2)人均国内生产总值、受灾面积占作物种植面积比例、单位耕地面积机械总动力对耕地利用效率有着明显影响。甘肃省耕地利用效率时空差异较大,在此基础上探究各因素的影响程度,为提升耕地利用效率提供参考和借鉴。Based on the calculation of farmland utilization efficiency in Gansu Province and its 14 cities(prefectures),this article uses envelopment analysis(DEA)and Tobit model to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of cultivated land use,and to find ways to effectively implement the protection of land.The results show that,(1)from 2010 to 2021,the utilization efficiency of arable land in Gansu Province was at a moderate level,with high scale efficiency values and little difference between years.The technical efficiency values showed a fluctuating upward trend,and the utilization efficiency of arable land in 14 cities(prefectures)gradually improved from low efficiency to high efficiency.(2)The per capita GDP,the proportion of disaster affected area to crop planting area,and the total mechanical power per unit of arable land area have a significant impact on the efficiency of arable land utilization.There is a significant spatiotemporal difference in the efficiency of farmland utilization in Gansu Province.Based on this,the impact of various factors is explored to provide reference and reference for improving farmland utilization efficiency.
