六安市典型自然资源安全、利用及耦合协调性研究

摘　　要：从评价六安市典型自然资源安全与利用耦合协调性的需求出发,设定了发挥禀赋优势、守住安全底线、提高利用效率、保护生态环境、改善生活品质以及提升治理响应6个目标维度,基于安徽省林草湿与国土“三调”融合成果、自然资源监管数据、统计年鉴、水资源公报、生态环境状况公报等专题数据,采用归一化模型、自然资源禀赋安全度模型、自然资源利用综合指数模型以及自然资源耦合协调度模型,构建了自然资源安全和利用耦合协调性评价指标体系,分析了六安市自然资源安全与利用之间的耦合协调性及其空间分异特征,为地方科学规划高效建设精细管理,推动城市高质量发展提供服务。From the needs of evaluating the coupling coordination between the security and utilization of typical natural resources in Lu’an City,we set six target dimensions:leveraging our endowment advantages,maintaining the bottom line of safety,improving utilization efficiency,protecting the ecological environment,improving quality of life,and enhancing governance response,based on the results of the integration of forest,grass,and wetland with national land,natural resource supervision data,statistical yearbooks,water resource bulletins,ecological environment status bulletins,and other thematic data in Anhui province,adopting normalization model,natural resource endowment security model,comprehensive index model of natural resource utilization,and coupling coordination model of natural resources,we have established a coupled and coordinated evaluation index system for natural resource security and utilization,analyzed the coupling coordination and spatial differentiation characteristics between natural resource security and utilization in Lu’an City,efficient construction and fine management for local scientific planning,promoting high-quality urban development services.
