摘  要:浓密机的运行效果与给料井内的絮凝过程直接相关,为进一步提高给料井的絮凝效果,本研究创新性提出了分步给料技术,通过实验研究,从宏观和细观两个角度对这一技术进行了验证和优化。设计并搭建了一套絮体在线检测系统研究分步给料技术对絮凝效果的影响,研究结果表明分步给料技术可以获得更优的絮凝效果。The operation of the thickener is directly related to the flocculation process in feedwell.To further improve the effects of flocculation in feedwell,a multi-stage feeding technology was innovatively proposed.Through experimental research,this technology had been verified and optimized from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.An online aggregates detection system was designed and constructed to study the impact of multi-stage feeding technology on the effects of flocculation.The research results indicated that the multi-stage feeding technology can achieve better effects of flocculation.
