摘  要:云南滇西地区冶炼厂锌浸出渣工艺矿物学研究表明,浸出渣中含有Ag、Pb、Zn、Cu等多种有价元素,其中含银110.70 g/t,具有较高的回收价值。银在浸出渣中主要以硫化银的形式存在,主要以微细粒嵌布于矿物中。采用新型、高效捕收剂HY5作捕收剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,松醇油为起泡剂,采用“快速浮选+两粗两精两扫”的浮选工艺流程,辅以强化载体浮选技术获得了银品位1531.25 g/t、回收率68.38%的银精矿,对性质类似含银锌浸出渣的高效回收具有较强的指导意义和实用价值。The process mineralogy study of zinc leaching residue from smelting plant in western Yunnan shows that the leaching residue contains Ag,Pb,Zn,Cu and other valuable elements,including silver 110.70 g/t,which has high recovery value.Silver mainly exists in the form of silver sulfide in leaching residue,which is mainly embedded in minerals in the form of fine particles.In this paper,a new and efficient collector HY5 was used as collector,water glass was used as inhibitor,and terpenic oil was used as foaming agent.The flotation process of"rapid flotation+two roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging"was adopted,supplemented by enhanced carrier flotation technology to obtain silver concentrate with grade of 1531.25 g/t and recovery rate of 68.38%.It has strong guiding significance and practical value for the efficient recovery of silver-containing zinc leaching residue with similar properties.
