摘　　要：某黄金冶炼企业生产上采用锌粉置换工艺回收金,置换的氰化贫液返回工艺循环回用,生产水不外排。随循环次数增加,氰化贫液水质较发生了较大的变化,氰化贫液中Cu、Zn两种金属元素质量浓度高,造成有价金属积压,影响企业经济效益,同时增加了锌粉置换作业的消耗,也使金泥中Cu、Zn等杂质金属含量过高,增加后续冶炼难度和成本。因此需要对氰化贫液进行净化处理,处理后要回到生产流程,不影响生产,贫液中的铜、锌作为资源回收。为此,采用SART法开展净化试验研究,分别在pH9.5以及硫锌物质的量比为1∶1、pH5以及硫铜物质的量比为1∶1的条件下,可将氰化贫液中Zn、Cu两种重金属元素质量浓度降低95%以上,沉淀渣达到产品标准,实现高浓度氰化贫液的低成本有效净化。Gold smelting enterprise uses zinc powder replacement process to recover gold in production,and the replaced cyanide barren solution is returned to the process for recycling,and the production water is not discharged.With the increase of number of cycles,the water quality of the displacement cyanide barren solution has undergone a great change.The mass concentration of Cu and Zn in the cyanide barren solution is higher,resulting in a backlog of valuable metals,affecting the economic benefits of enterprise.Meanwhile,the zinc consumption of zinc powder replacement operations is increased,and the content of impurity metals such as Cu and Zn in the gold mud is too high,which increases the difficulty and cost of subsequent smelting.Therefore,it is necessary to purify the recycled replacement cyanide barren solution,and the treated production water should be returned to the production process without affecting production.The copper and zinc in the cyanide barren solution should be recovered as resources.To this end,the SART method was used to carry out purification experiments.Under the conditions of pH value of 9.5 and the ratio of sulfur-zinc substances of 1∶1,and pH value of 5 and the ratio of sulfur-copper substances of 1∶1,the mass concentration of Zn and Cu can be reduced by more than 95%,and the sedimentation residue can meet the product standard.It can realize the low-cost and effective purification of high-concentration cyanide barren solution.
