基于药效作用值的元胡止痛系列制剂再评价研究

摘　　要：以药效作用值为指标,对元胡止痛系列制剂进行再评价.采用高效液相色谱法分别测定元胡止痛片、元胡止痛滴丸、元胡止痛软胶囊和元胡止痛口服液中延胡索乙素和欧前胡素药效成分的含量,并计算其药效作用值,再采用镇痛和抗炎药效试验进行验证.结果表明,元胡止痛片、元胡止痛滴丸、元胡止痛软胶囊和元胡止痛口服液镇痛药效作用值分别为3.39、3.46、3.11和3.07 mg,抗炎药效作用值分别为4.01、2.80、1.75和1.59 mg;体内药效试验表明,元胡止痛系列制剂镇痛作用强弱依次为元胡止痛滴丸、元胡止痛片、元胡止痛软胶囊和元胡止痛口服液,抗炎作用强弱依次为元胡止痛片、元胡止痛滴丸、元胡止痛软胶囊和元胡止痛口服液.药效实验验证结果与药效作用值一致,药效作用值可为元胡止痛系列制剂临床使用提供参考.The paper takes the pharmacodynamics action value as the index to re-evaluate Yuanhu Zhitong(pain-relieving) series preparations.HPLC method was used to determine the contents of tetrahydropalmatine and imperatorin in Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets(YZT),Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills(YZDP),Yuanhu Zhitong Soft Capsules(YZSC) and Yuanhu Zhitong Oral Liquid(YZOL),and their pharmacodynamics action value was calculated.The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects were verified.The results showed that the analgesic effect values of YZT,YZDP,YZSC and YZOL were 3.39,3.46,3.11 and 3.07 mg,respectively.The anti-inflammatory effect values were 4.01,2.80,1.75 and 1.59 mg,respectively.The in vivo efficacy test showed that the analgesic effects of Yuanhu Zhitong preparations were ranked as the following:YZDP,YZT,YZSC and YZOL.The anti-inflammatory effects were ranked as:YZT,YZDP,YZSC and YZOL.It can be concluded that the results of pharmacodynamic experiment are consistent with the pharmacodynamics action value,and the pharmacodynamics action value can provide reference for clinical use of Yuanhu Zhitong series preparations.
