摘　　要：活血类中药是传统中药的重要组成部分,其药理作用广泛,但以活血化瘀的功效为主,在临床上被大量运用.现行的质量控制方法或缺乏有效成分指标或不能实际表征药物的临床疗效,在一定程度上制约了中药的研究与评价.生物评价是基于药物安全性和有效性的基本属性,在生物效应的基础上,评价药物的生物活性(包括有效性和毒性),从而达到控制药物质量的目的.基于此,整理了近年来相关文献资料,对活血类中药的生物评价研究进行了综述,以期为相关研究提供参考.Blood-activating Chinese medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.It has a wide range of pharmacological effects,but mainly based on the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis it is widely used in clinical practice.The current quality control methods are either lack of effective component indicators or lack of the possibility to characterize the clinical efficacy of drugs,which,to a certain extent,restricts the research and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.Biological evaluation is based on the basic attributes of safety and effectiveness of drugs.Based on biological effects,it evaluates the biological activity(including effectiveness and toxicity) of drugs to achieve the purpose of controlling the quality of drugs.Based on this,this paper sorts out the relevant literature in recent years,and reviews the biological evaluation research of blood-activating traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide reference for related research.
