摘  要:低温液体的液位是低温制冷系统的一个重要参数,因此需要对其进行准确、快速测量,由于低温液体特殊的物理性质,导致传统的液位计难以检测其液位.基于时域反射技术(TDR)设计了新型液位检测装置.分析了传统TDR液位计的缺陷,并通过短路浮子对其进行改进,推导了液位高度的计算公式,上位机自动计算液位高度并输出.检测结果表明,该新型TDR液位检测装置具有精度高、响应迅速、稳定性高等优点,可以满足低温制冷系统的液位检测需求.The liquid level of cryogenic liquid is an important parameter of cryogenic refrigeration system,which needs to be measured accurately and quickly.Due to the special physical properties of cryogenic liquid,it is difficult for traditional level gauges to detect its liquid level.Based on time domain reflectometry(TDR),a new type of liquid level detecting device was designed.The defects of traditional TDR liquid level meter were analyzed and the traditional TDR liquid level meter was improved by short circuit float in this paper with the calculation formula of liquid level height being deduced.The upper computer could calculate the liquid level height and output it automatically.The test results showed that the new TDR liquid level detection device has advantages of high precision,rapid response and high stability,which can meet the needs of liquid level detection in low temperature refrigeration system.
