基于网侧功率因数调节策略的矩阵变换器仿真研究

摘  要:矩阵变换器相较于传统脉冲宽度调制(PWM)变换器,具有拓扑简单、可控的功率因数、谐波污染较少且无中间储能电容等优点,是一种具有发展潜力的电力变换器.目前,在矩阵变换器的多种调制算法中,双空间矢量脉冲宽调制(SVPWM)控制算法最为成熟.分析了双SVPWM控制策略,并针对输入侧电流谐波等问题,在输入侧通过带阻尼无源(LC)滤波器,可将输入电流中的高次谐波滤去.然而因输入滤波器的介入导致了无功功率的增大,使网侧的功率因数显著降低,为保证网侧功率因数为1,将阻尼LC滤波后的功率因数角和实际的网侧功率因数角之间的关系进行了数学推导,并通过改变输入侧设定功率因数角的值,来使网侧功率因数为1.同时采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真结果验证了该结论.Compared with the traditional Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) converter,the matrix converter has a simple topology,controllable power factor,less harmonic pollution and no intermediate energy storage capacitor,which is a power converter with development potential.At present,among the various modulation algorithms of matrix converters,the dual Space Vector Pulse Wideth Modulation(SVPWM) control algorithm is the most mature.In this paper,the dual SVPWM control strategy is analyzed,and the higher harmonics in the input current can be filtered out by a damping passive LC filter on the input side to solve the problems of current harmonics on the input side.However,due to the intervention of the input filter,the reactive power increases,which significantly reduces the power factor on the grid side.In order to ensure that the power factor of the grid side is 1,the relationship between the power factor angle after the LC filter and the actual power factor angle on the grid side is mathematically deduced,and the power factor of the grid side can be 1 by changing the value of the power factor angle set on the input side.The results of the Materab/Smulink simulation verify this conclusion.
