摘 要:探究电气动固钉器射钉威力与不同参数之间的内在联系,为设计及控制系统开发提供理论依据.在现有型号的结构参数下,通过构建流体区域模型,运用了基于动态铺层的动网格技术和自定义函数,实现了固钉器工作过程的连续瞬态仿真,并分析了固钉器缸内储气室预置压力与活塞前端排气室出口大小等主要参数与射钉威力的内在联系.结果表明,在射钉过程中,射钉威力呈先加速增长后缓慢增长的趋势.相较于有排气口的情况,在无排气口结构的工况中,射钉时间达到0.004 5 s后,主缸活塞速度呈显著下降趋势.相较于无排气口的情况,在有排气口结构的工况中,当排气口截面积达到排气室截面积的11.9%时,射钉威力可提高121%,继续增大排气口面积对于提高射钉威力的意义不大.This research investigates the inherent relationship between the nailing power of an electropneumatic fastening tool and various operational parameters,providing a theoretical foundation for the design and development of control systems.Utilizing the structural parameters of the existing models,a fluid region model was constructed.This model incorporated dynamic mesh technology based on dynamic layering and User-Defined Functions(UDF),enabling the continuous transient simulation of the fastener's operational process.The study specifically analyzed the intrinsic links between the pre-set pressure in the cylinder's air storage chamber,the size of the exhaust outlet at the front end of the piston,and the nailing power.The findings demonstrate that the nailing power initially increases rapidly and then grows more slowly.In scenarios without an exhaust outlet,after reaching 0.004 5 seconds of nailing time,the piston speed in the main cylinder shows a significant decrease.In contrast,in configurations with an exhaust outlet,when the outlet area accounts for 11.9% of the exhaust chamber's cross-sectional area,the nailing power increases by 121%.However,further increasing the outlet area has little effect on enhancing nailing power.
