摘  要:高度集成化、低成本的动力电池模组是新能源汽车的核心部件,而挠性印制电路板(FPCB)已被广泛应用于新一代动力电池模组。为满足动力电池挠性采集板中保险丝熔断的条件要求,通过理论分析、仿真计算和实验验证,探究采集板中不同保险丝设计对熔断时间的影响。另外,基于模组的轻量化和低成本需求,研究铝基材作为保险丝方案的可行性。上述研究成果可为动力电池挠性采集板中保险丝的设计提供一套快速、可靠的评估方法。Highly integrated,low-cost power battery modules are the core components of new energy vehicles,and the Flexible Printed Circuit board(FPCB)has been widely used in a new generation of power battery modules.According to the requirements of Fuses in FPCB acquisition board of power battery,this paper summarizes the influence of different fuses designs on Fuses in FPCB acquisition board by theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and experimental verification.In addition,based on the requirement of lightweight and low cost of module,the feasibility of using aluminum substrate as fuse is studied.The research results of this paper provide a set of fast and reliable evaluation methods for the design of Fuses in power battery FPCB acquisition board.
