摘 要:以生物基戊二胺、生物基癸二酸以及聚醚胺(E600)为原料,采用两步法合成了一系列不同E600盐(由癸二酸及E600反应制备)含量的生物基聚酰胺510(PA510)/E600热塑性弹性体,研究了E600盐含量对弹性体化学结构、热性能和结晶性能、力学性能、生物相容性和相对黏度的影响。结果表明,合成的弹性体与预期结构一致,其结晶类型主要表现为γ晶型,但E600的加入导致晶型有向α晶型转变的趋势;随着E600盐含量增加,弹性体的初始分解温度、熔融温度、结晶温度和玻璃化转变温度逐渐下降,强度、刚性、硬度和相对黏度也呈下降趋势,但韧性得到大幅提升。当E600盐质量分数为20%时,PA510/E600热塑性弹性体的初始分解温度高于390℃,断裂伸长率达到813%,较PA510提高了约17倍。通过体外细胞毒性试验和溶血试验评估了弹性体的生物相容性,将E600盐质量分数为20%的PA510/E600热塑性弹性体在37℃下分别与L929小鼠成纤维细胞共培养24 h、与4%红细胞悬浮液共培养1 h,发现细胞存活率大于95%、溶血率低于5%。上述结果表明,制备的PA510/E600热塑性弹性体具有良好的热稳定性、韧性以及生物相容性,可望用作医疗介入材料。Using bio-based pentanediamine,bio-based decanedioic acid and polyetheramine(E600)as raw materials,a series of bio-based polyamide 510(PA510)/E600 thermoplastic elastomers with different E600 salt(prepared with reaction of decanedioic acid and E600)contents were synthesized by two-step method.The effects of E600 salt content on the chemical structure,thermal and crystallization properties,mechanical properties,biocompatibility and relative viscosity of the elastomers were studied.The results show that the chemical structures of PA510/E600 thermoplastic elastomers are consistent with the predetermined structures,and the crystal types of the elastomers are mainlyγ-form,but the addition of E600 leads to the transformation of the crystal form toα-form.With the increase of E600 salt content,the initial decomposition temperature,melting temperature,crystallization temperature and glass transition temperature of the elastomer gradually decrease,and the strength,rigidity,hardness and relative viscosity also decrease,but the toughness is significantly improved.When the mass fraction of E600 salt is 20%,the initial decomposition temperature of the elastomer is higher than 390℃,and the elongation at break reaches 813%,which is about 17 times higher than that of PA510.The biocompatibilities of the elastomers were evaluated by in vitro cytotoxicity test and hemolysis test.PA510/E600 thermoplastic elastomer with 20 wt%E600 salt was co-cultured with L929 mouse fibroblasts at 37℃for 24 h and co-cultured with 4%red blood cell suspension at 37℃for 1 h,respectively.It is found that the cell survival rate is higher than 95%and the hemolysis ratio is less than 5%.The above results show that the prepared PA510/E600 thermoplastic elastomers have good thermal stability,toughness and biocompatibilities,and they are expected to be used as medical interventional materials.
