摘 要:对某型号新能源汽车前防擦条进行结构分析,根据熔体流长比采用3浇口充填方案,通过Moldflow 2024模流分析软件获得了浇口最佳位置及其充填区域,同时进行了其他成型方案设计,发现利用软件推荐工艺参数成型的制品最大翘曲量达到17.16 mm。以获得较低翘曲量的制品为研究目标,构建8因素3水平田口试验。利用翘曲量平均值分析及极差分析,获得各因素及各水平对制品翘曲量的定量影响,得到了最优工艺参数组合,发现在该组合下成型的制品最大翘曲量较推荐工艺参数下制品最大翘曲量降低了37.94%。根据最优工艺参数组合,设置熔体温度为235℃、注射压力为110 MPa、A′处浇口宽度为50 mm、B′处浇口宽度为50 mm、C′处浇口宽度为40 mm、定模水路直径为18 mm、动模水路直径为12 mm、隔水管直径为18 mm,通过实际注塑进行试验验证,发现成型后的制品没有发生明显翘曲,验证了田口试验方法及结果的准确性。The structure analysis of the front anti-scratch strip of a certain model of new energy vehicle was carried out.Three gates filling scheme was obtained based on the melt flow length ratio.The optimal gate positions and filling areas were obtained by the Moldflow 2024 mold flow analysis software,and other molding schemes were also designed.It was found that the maximum warpage of the product reached 17.16 mm when the product was molded by using the process parameters recommended by the software.In order to obtain products with lower warpage as the research goal,the Taguchi test with 8 factors and 3 levels was constructed.By means of average analysis and range analysis of warpage,the quantitative influence of each factor and each level on the warpage of the product was obtained and the optimal combination of process parameters was gained.The results show that the maximum warpage of the product molded with the optimal combination is reduced by 37.94%compared with that under the recommended parameters.According to the optimal combination of process parameters,the melt temperature is 235℃,the injection pressure is 110 MPa,gate width at A′is 50 mm,gate width at B′is 50 mm,gate width at C′is 40 mm,water circuit diameter of fixed mould is 18 mm,water circuit diameter of moving mould is 12 mm,and riser diameter is 18 mm,then the test verification was conducted by actual injection molding.It is found that the molded products do not have obvious warpage,which verifies the accuracy of Taguchi test method and results.
