增容剂对玻纤增强PA66/sPS复合材料力学性能的影响

摘　　要：采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,制得玻璃纤维(GF)增强尼龙66(PA66)/间规聚苯乙烯(sPS)复合材料。选用3种不同接枝率的马来酸酐接枝聚苯醚作为复合材料的增容剂,首先考察不同接枝率增容剂对GF增强PA66/sPS复合材料力学性能的影响,同时采用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪、热重(TG)分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的结晶性能、热性能及微观形貌进行测试与表征;然后,根据力学性能测试结果,从3种增容剂中筛选出最佳增容剂,探究增容剂含量对GF增强PA66/sPS复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,在同等增容剂用量下,接枝率为1.0%的增容剂FB820的增容效果最佳;DSC和TG测试结果表明,使用3种增容剂制得的GF增强PA66/sPS复合材料的结晶温度、熔融温度和热稳定性基本一致。当增容剂FB820用量为4份时,复合材料的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为176 MPa,弯曲强度为219MPa,非缺口冲击强度为39 kJ/m^(2),缺口冲击强度为12.7 kJ/m^(2)。Glass fiber(GF)reinforced polyamide 66(PA66)/syndiotactic polystyrene(sPS)composites were prepared by using melt blending with twin screw extruder.Three kinds of maleic anhydride grafted polyphenylene oxide with different grafting ratios were selected as compatibilizers of the composites.At first,the effects of compatibilizers with different grafting ratios on the mechanical properties of GF reinforced PA66/sPS composites were studied,meanwhile,the crystallization properties,thermal properties and microscopic morphology of the composites were tested and characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric(TG)analyzer and scanning electron microscope.Then according to the testing results of mechanical properties,the optimal compatibilizer was selected from the three compatibilizers and the effects of its content on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that,under the same content of compatibilizers,the compatibilizer FB820 with a grafting ratio of 1.0%has the best compatibilization effect.In the DSC and TG testing results,the crystallization temperature,melting temperature and thermal stability of the GF reinforced PA66/sPS composites prepared using the three compatibilizers are basically consistent.The best mechanical properties of the composites were obtained when the compatibilizer FB820 amount is 4 phr,with tensile strength of 176 MPa,bending strength of 219 MPa,non-notched impact strength of 39 kJ/m^(2) and notched impact strength of 12.7 kJ/m^(2).
