摘 要:平面闸门门槽为三维空间结构,但已有研究与相关设计规范均将其受剪视为二维问题,合理性存在争议。为验证将门槽受剪视为二维问题的合理性,以实际工程事故闸门门槽为原型进行三维线弹性分析,讨论其在闸门推力作用下的变形、剪应力分布、各截面剪力分布等受力特性,以及闸墩外侧面约束对门槽受剪的影响,确定门槽受剪最危险截面;对门槽进行二维和三维非线性分析,对比最危险截面破坏形态与平面试件破坏形态。研究结果表明:闸门推力作用下,门槽变形和剪应力随高程发生变化,闸墩外侧是否受到约束对门槽剪应力分布规律没有明显影响;门槽受剪最危险截面的位置与闸墩外侧面约束条件无关,将闸门推力简化为均匀分布时,最危险截面位于闸墩半高处;二维与三维非线性分析所得受剪最危险截面的破坏形态也基本相同,且与平面试件试验结果一致。因此按二维问题分析门槽受剪承载力合理可行,能够反映门槽受剪破坏的特征。The plane gate slot is a three-dimensional space structure.However,the existing researches and relevant specifications regard its shearing as a two-dimensional problem for structural design,and the rationality is controversial.In order to verify the rationality of considering the shearing failure of the gate slot as a two-dimensional problem,a three-dimensional linear elastic analysis was carried out on the prototype of an emergency gate slot in a practical project.The deformation,shear stress distribution and shear force distribution of each section under the action of gate thrust were discussed,and influences of the outer side constraint of the pier on the shear of the gate slot were discussed,so that the most dangerous section of sheared gate slot was determined.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional nonlinear analysis of the gate slot was carried out to compare the failure mode of the most dangerous section with the plane specimen.The results showed that under the action of gate thrust,the deformation and shear stress of gate slot changed with elevation,and whether or not the outside of gate pier was constrained has no obvious influence on the distribution law of the gate slot shear stress.The position of the most dangerous section of the sheared gate slot was independent of the constraint condition of the outer side of the pier.When the gate thrust was simplified to uniform distribution,the most dangerous section was located at the half height of the pier.The failure modes of the most dangerous sheared section obtained by the two-dimensional and three-dimensional nonlinear analysis were nearly the same,and the results were consistent with the plane specimen test results.Therefore,it is reasonable and feasible to analyze the shearing capacity of gate slots as a two-dimensional problem,which can reflect the characteristics of the shear failure of gate slots.
