摘  要:干部网络教育培训是“互联网+”背景下干部教育培训的新模式。在梳理干部网络教育培训发展历程的基础上,运用SWOT分析法深入探讨其内在优势和劣势、面临的机遇和挑战,从强化顶层设计、优化平台系统建设、加强培训课程管理三个方面对加强干部网络教育培训提出了对策建议。新时代背景下,干部网络教育培训要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,不断完善体制机制建设、加强基础理论研究、推进教学平台智慧改造升级、优化培训内容并推进数字化管理,切实提高干部网络教育培训效果和质量。The online education and training of cadres represents a novel paradigm for cadre education and training in the context of“Internet+”.Building upon a comprehensive review of the evolution of this training mo-dality,this paper employs the SWOT analysis framework to delve into its inherent strengths and weaknesses,as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces.Furthermore,it proposes strategic suggestions for enhancing on-line cadre education and training from three key perspectives:strengthening top-level design,optimizing platform system construction,and enhancing the management of training content.In the new era,guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we must continue to refine the institutional mechanisms for online cadre education and training,strengthen foundational theoretical research,promote the in-telligent transformation and upgrading of teaching platforms,optimize training content,and advance digital man-agement,thereby effectively enhancing the effectiveness and quality of online cadre education and training.
