摘　　要：自2015年中共中央出台的《干部教育培训工作条例》正式将线上培训引入干部系统教育工作以来,互通式干部网络培训教学平台经历了一段高速的发展时期,各类干部学院在平台构建、模式探索、内容设计等方面积累了较为丰富的实践经验,同时也暴露出诸如平台建设主体不明确、量化认定标准不统一、干部学院基础信息技术薄弱、平台维护保障水平不足等现实问题。未来,通过提升院际平台联通水平,构建标准化的学分互认制度,设立可持续运营的保障团队将能够有效提升干部学院互通式网络培训平台的建设水平,为实现多领域、全覆盖的干部教育培训目标打下坚实基础。Since Regulations on Cadre Education and Training Work issued by the CPC Central Committee in 2015 officially introduced online training into the cadre system education work,the interoperable cadre net-work training teaching platform has experienced a period of rapid development.Various cadre academies have accumulated relatively rich practical experience in platform construction,model exploration,content design,etc.At the same time,it has also exposed practical problems such as unclear platform construction subjects,in-consistent quantitative identification standards,weak basic information technology of cadre colleges,and insuffi-cient platform maintenance and guarantee levels.In the future,by improving the level of platform connectivity between colleges,building a standardized credit recognition system,and establishing a sustainable guarantee team,it will be able to effectively improve the construction level of the interoperable network training platform of cadre academies,and lay a solid foundation for achieving the goal of multi-field and full coverage of cadre educa-tion and training.
