摘　　要：新时代背景下,挂职干部临时党支部在乡村全面振兴中发挥着重要作用。结合国家林业和草原局定点帮扶工作实际,深入探讨临时党支部在推动基层林草领域定点帮扶工作中的实践路径、工作成效以及面临的困难。研究表明,加强挂职干部临时党支部建设,对于基层党建、基层治理的创新发展以及乡村振兴与干部挂职工作互促互进,具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。基于此,归纳总结出强化有效管理、系统统筹谋划、主动沟通对接各方等建设经验,旨在为新时代党建引领定点帮扶工作高质量发展提供新的视角,为临时党支部在乡村全面振兴中更好地发挥作用提供参考。In the context of the new era,temporary Party branches of seconded cadres play a significant role in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Based on the practical work of targeted assistance by the Na-tional Forestry and Grassland Administration,this paper delves into the practical pathways,achievements,and challenges faced by temporary Party branches in promoting targeted assistance in grassroots forestry and grassland sectors.Research indicates that strengthening the construction of temporary Party branches for seconded cadres holds important practical significance and value for the innovative development of grassroots Party building and governance,as well as for the mutual promotion of rural revitalization and cadre secondment.Based on this,the paper summarizes construction experiences such as strengthening effective management,systematic planning,and proactive communication and coordination with various stakeholders.The aim is to provide a new perspective for high-quality development of targeted assistance under the guidance of Party building in the new era and to offer ref-erences for temporary Party branches to better fulfill their roles in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
