摘　　要：对民办高校青年教师“思想实际”及其作为思想政治工作客体的“场域”进行分析,以马克思主义认识论和组织行为学理论为基础,从建立全覆盖思想政治工作保障体系、打造全方位思想政治校园文化、搭建系统化学习评估反馈体系、发挥产教融合优势建立思想引领与职业成长体系,以构建交互循环四位一体的思想政治工作创新体系,探索民办高校青年教师思想政治工作创新体系实施路径。With an analysis of the ideological reality of young teachers in private universities and their field as the object of ideological and political work,this study,grounded in Marxist epistemology and organizational behavior theory,proposes the construction of an innovative system for ideological and political work.This system includes establishing a comprehensive ideological and political work guarantee system,creating an all-encompas-sing ideological and political campus culture,building a systematic learning evaluation and feedback system,and leveraging the advantages of industry-education integration to establish a system for ideological guidance and pro-fessional growth.The aim is to form an interactive and cyclical four-in-one innovation system for ideological and political work,exploring the implementation path for such a system among young teachers in private universities.
