摘　　要：中国共产党作为马克思主义执政党,“人民”二字的重要性怎么强调都不为过。习近平同志站在最广大人民群众的立场上继承并创新发展了毛泽东同志人民观的精髓。从“全心全意为人民服务”到“以人民为中心”发展思想的真坚持;从“希望考个好成绩”到“向人民交出优异答卷”的新诠释;从“密切联系群众”到“接受人民监督”的再强调,习近平总书记始终把“为民”作为理想的起点、实践的支点,镌刻在灵魂深处。这一术语革命和实践表达既是对毛泽东人民观根基性理念的守正与尊重,也是中国共产党100多年来在实践中不断对历史经验的总结与创新发展,深刻昭示了党始终坚持全心全意为人民服务的坚定立场和决心。As the ruling party guided by Marxism,the Communist Party of China(CPC)places utmost importance on the concept of“the people”.From the standpoint of the broadest masses,Xi Jinping has both inherited and innovatively developed the essence of Mao Zedong s view on the people.This is evident in his unwavering commitment to the development philosophy of“serving the people wholeheartedly”evolving into a“people-centered”approach;his reinterpretation of“hoping to achieve good results”as“delivering excellent answers to the people”;and his emphasis on transitioning from“maintaining close ties with the masses”to“accepting public supervision”.Throughout,Xi Jinping has consistently positioned“serving the people”as the foundation of his ideals and the fulcrum of his practice,embedding it deeply in his convictions.This conceptual evolution and practical expression not only uphold and respect the fundamental principles of Mao Zedong s view on the people but also represent a synthesis and innovative development of historical experience gained through over a century of CPC practice.It profoundly demonstrates the Party s unwavering commitment to serving the people wholeheartedly.
