摘  要:用锆酸酯对玄武岩纤维(BF)进行表面改性,并对烟片胶(RSS)基体内的BF进行取向,研究了不同长度、添加份数和取向方式对BF/RSS复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,与未添加BF及添加BF未取向的BF/RSS复合材料相比较,BF取向的BF/RSS复合材料的综合性能得到了明显提升。其中,长度为3 mm、添加份数为5 phr并经径向取向的BF/RSS复合材料相较于其它长度、份数及取向方式的综合性能最好,300%定伸应力增加了22.8%,撕裂强度提高了25%,且Payne效应较弱,损耗因子峰值小,扫描电镜分析表明BF在RSS基体中的分散性较好。BF长度为6 mm、添加份数为5 phr并经过径向取向制得的复合材料,在胶轮转速720 r/min、冲击速度120 c/min条件下,耐切割性能最优提高了34%。Using zirconate ester to modify the surface of basalt fiber(BF),and the orientation of BF within the tobacco adhesive(RSS)matrix was studied to investigate the effects of different lengths,addition amounts,and orientation methods on the properties of BF/RSS composite materials.The research results indicate that compared with the BF/RSS composites without BF addition and without BF orientation,the comprehensive performance of BF/RSS composites with BF orientation is significantly improved.Among them,the BF/RSS composite material with a length of 3 mm,5 parts added,and radial orientation has the best comprehensive performance compared to other lengths,parts,and orientation methods.The Payne effect is weak,and the peak loss factor is small.SEM analysis shows that BF is well dispersed in the rubber matrix.When the BF length is 6 mm,5 parts added,and the composite material is radially oriented,the cutting resistance performance is optimal under the conditions of rubber wheel speed of 720 r/min and impact speed of 120 c/min.
