摘  要:二次注射成型技术具有工序流程短、制造成本低、生产效率高等诸多优势,在汽车制造、消费电子、轻工、通信等领域应用广泛。界面强度是影响二次注射成型产品质量的关键因素,文中总结了近几年国内外二次注射成型界面结合强度的研究,分析了界面结合强度的影响因素,讨论了不同影响作用原理、特点和优劣势,阐述了二次注射成型技术在不同领域中的应用,最后对二次注射成型技术未来的发展进行了展望。Secondary injection molding technology has many advantages such as short process flow,low manufacturing cost,and high production efficiency.It is widely used in automobile manufacturing,consumer electronics,light industry,communications and other fields.Interface bonding strength is the key to affecting the quality of secondary injection molded products.This article summarized the research on the interface bonding strength of secondary injection molding at home and abroad in recent years,analyzed the influencing factors of interface bonding strength,and discussed the working principles,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of different influencing factors,elaborated on the application of secondary injection molding in different fields,finally,the future development of secondary injection molding technology was prospected.
