摘　　要：位于伦敦南岸的英国国家剧院创立于1963年,现已成为世界上最具影响力的剧院之一。英国国家剧院第六任艺术总监鲁夫斯·诺里斯将对不同文化的理解和尊重融入剧院的运营中,创新剧目选择,融合多元文化,使剧院成为展现多样故事的舞台,通过戏剧促进社会对话与文化理解,既增强了剧院的艺术表现力,又提升了剧院的文化包容性和社会影响力,使剧院实现了艺术创新与文化传承之间的平衡,同时也在促进文化多样性和社会包容性方面发挥了重要作用。Founded in 1963, the National Theatre of Great Britain, located on the South Bank of London, has grown into one of the most influential theatres globally. Under the leadership of Rufus Norris, the theatre's sixth artistic director, a deep respect for cultural diversity has been seamlessly integrated into its operations. Norris' s innovative approach to repertoire selection and the incorporation of diverse cultural perspectives have transformed the National Theatre into a platform for showcasing a broad range of narratives. Through its productions, the theatre fosters social dialogue and promotes cultural understanding, enhancing both its artistic expressiveness and its cultural inclusivity. This dynamic approach strikes a balance between artistic innovation and cultural heritage, while also playing a pivotal role in advancing cultural diversity and social inclusiveness.
