海南省人口素质与经济发展的耦合协调性及其影响因素——基于2011—2022年的面板数据

摘　　要：建立人口素质与经济发展耦合协调性的指标体系,对海南省人口素质与经济发展的耦合协调性及其影响因素进行分析。研究发现,2011—2022年,海南省人口素质与经济发展的耦合协调性逐步提升,但呈现“东高中西部低”的区域差异。影响耦合协调性的主要因素包括人均公共预算支出、社会保障与就业支出占比、城镇居民恩格尔系数及空气质量等。建议充分发挥海口、三亚、儋州在区域协调发展中的增长极作用,通过优化资源配置与改善基础设施等措施促进区域间均衡发展,通过完善城市基础设施建设、改善居民生活水平、完善社会保障及促进就业公平等措施提升海南省的人口素质,进而持续提升海南省人口素质与经济发展的耦合协调性。The study establishes an index system for the coupling and coordination of population quality and economic development,and analyzes the coupling and coordination of population quality and economic development in Hainan Province and its influencing factors.It is found that from 2011 to 2022,the coupling harmonization of Hainan Province will be gradually improved,but it shows the regional difference of“high in the east,and low in the middle and west”.The main factors affecting the coupling harmonization include the per capita public budget expenditure,the proportion of social security and employment expenditure,the Engel’s coefficient of urban residents,and air quality,etc.It is suggested to give full play to the role of Haikou,Sanya and Danzhou as growth poles in coordinated regional development,promote balanced inter-regional development through measures such as the promotion of resource allocation and the improvement of the infrastructure,and enhance the quality of the population of Hainan Province through measures such as urban infrastructure construction,improving residents’living standards,and improving social security and promoting employment equity,so as to continuously improve the coupling and coordination of population quality and economic development in Hainan Province.
