慢就业现象成因及其影响因素分析——基于高校毕业生的实证调研

摘  要:通过对高校毕业生的实证调研,探讨影响慢就业现象的主要因素,包括就业期望、个人能力与准备度、求职过程、心理预期、社会支持等。通过数据分析发现,高就业期望、较高的心理预期焦虑感及求职过程中面临的激烈竞争等因素是导致毕业生选择推迟就业的主要原因。良好的个人能力与准备度、家庭及社会支持体系的作用有助于减缓这一现象。为有效缓解慢就业现象,促进高校毕业生顺利进入劳动市场,高校应加强职业指导与心理辅导,积极为学生提供更多的实习和职业培训机会以及信息支持,同时根据市场需求调整专业设置,增强与行业需求的对接度。企业也应加大就业信息的公开透明度,帮助毕业生更清楚地了解各行业就业前景及发展趋势。Through the empirical investigation of college graduates,the study discusses the main influencing factors of slow employment:employment expectation,personal ability and preparedness,job hunting process,psychological expectation,and social support,etc.Through data analysis,it is found that high employment expectation,high psychological anticipation anxiety and fierce competition in the process of job hunting are the main reasons for graduates’employment delay.Good personal skills and preparedness,and the role of family and social support system can help mitigate this phenomenon.In order to effectively alleviate the phenomenon of slow employment and make college graduates suitable for the labor market,colleges and universities should strengthen career guidance and psychological counseling,actively provide students with more internship and vocational training opportunities and information support,adjust professional settings according to market demand,and enhance the docking degree with industry demand.Enterprises should also increase the openness and transparency of employment information to help graduates better know the employment prospects and development trends in various industries.
