摘　　要：为探究南京市社区居家养老的协同治理效果及其影响因素,基于SFIC模型设计协同效果调研问卷,运用结构方程模型构建协同效果模型,分析社区居家养老协同治理的影响因素及其相互关系。研究结果显示,66~75岁且家中常住人口数为2人的轻老群体协同参与意愿较强。模型内变量均对协同效果有正向影响,以协同过程中的信任度最为显著,领导力与协同过程存在较强的相关关系。当前阶段,政府的引导在发挥轻老年群体协同效能中发挥着关键作用,需建立完善的制度框架,进一步激发居民的主体意识,形成社区信任的基石,从而达到善治目的。In order to explore the collaborative governance effect and its influencing factors of community home-based care for the elderly in Nanjing City,the study designs collaborative effect survey questionnaire based on the SFIC model,constructs a collaborative effect model with Structural Equation Model,and analyzes the influencing factors of collaborative governance of community home-based care for the elderly and their correlation.The results show that 66~75 years old group with 2 permanent residents at home has strong willingness to participate in cooperation.All the variables in the model have positive impact on the synergy effect,especially on the trust degree in the synergy process.There is strong correlation between leadership and the synergy process.At present,the guidance of the government plays a primary and key role in playing the collaborative effectiveness of the young elderly group.It is necessary to establish a perfect institutional framework,further stimulate the subjective consciousness of residents,and form the cornerstone of community trust,so as to achieve good governance.
