摘　　要：以高校就业指导和大学生职业选择为重点设计相关调查问卷,以某市在校大学生为研究对象,并运用实证分析的方法分析大学生对高校就业指导的满意度及大学生对未来职业选择的意向,从而进一步验证高校就业指导对大学生职业选择产生的影响。结果表明,大学生职业选择在0.01的水平上与高校就业指导成显著正相关性,说明大学生对高校就业指导满意度得分越高,大学生对未来的职业选择越有规划,高校就业指导能够给大学生的职业选择带来一定的促进作用,其中得分最高的是高校提供的职业规划建议对学生明确职业目标有帮助,得分最低的是高校提供的实习、实训机会对提高学生实践能力有帮助。高校作为人才培养的关键场所,需不断完善人才培养体系,加强对大学生的就业指导,强化大学生对就业市场的认知,从而做好未来的职业选择。The study conducts questionnaire on college career guidance and college students’career choice,takes college students in a certain city as the research objects,and analyzes college students’satisfaction with college career guidance and their intention for future career choice through empirical analysis,so as to further verify the influence of college career guidance on college students’career choice.The results show that the career choice of college students has significant positive correlation with the employment guidance at the level of 0.01.This shows that the higher the satisfaction score of college students on college career guidance is,the more they plan for their future career choice is.College career guidance can promote college students’career choice to some extent,and the highest score is that the career planning advice provided by colleges and universities is helpful for students to clarify their career goals.The lowest score is that internships and practical training opportunities provided by universities are helpful to improve students’practical ability.As the key place of talent training,colleges and universities need to continuously improve the talent training system,strengthen the employment guidance for college students,and promote the cognition of the job market for college students,so as to make a good choice of future career.
