长春市新型社区规划研究——以平阳社区为例

摘　　要：为做好新型社区规划,以长春市平阳社区为例提出规划方案,统筹社区规划、建设和管理三大环节,加强和完善基层空间治理体系,通过优化整合存量低效用地,以生活圈标准补齐公共服务设施短板,增强基础设施韧性,实现了城市更新组织模式由单一片区改造转向社区规划的空间引领。In order to do well in new-type community planning,the study takes Pingyang Community,Changchun City as an example;proposes a planning plan;coordinates community planning,construction and management;strengthens and improves the spatial governance system at the grass-roots level;makes up for the shortcomings of public service facilities by optimizing and integrating the stock of inefficient land;and enhances the resilience of infrastructure by living circle standards.The urban renewal organization pattern from a single area transformation to the spatial guidance of community planning is realized.
