摘  要:聚丙烯(PP)绝缘电力电缆的应用符合低碳环保节能理念,是推动电缆行业向“双碳”目标迈进的有力支撑。在PP绝缘中压电缆实现应用的基础上,成功自主研制了110kVPP绝缘电缆。为了对其应用可行性进行评估,以现有110kV交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘电缆产品及试验标准GB/T11017—2014为参考,分别对PP绝缘和XLPE绝缘的110kV电缆电气性能进行试验验证对比。试验验证结果显示所研制的800mm2规格110kVPP绝缘电缆(PP绝缘厚度设计为16mm)通过工频裕度电压试验和冲击裕度电压试验的验证且电气裕度较大,800mm2规格110kVPP电缆系统通过电气型式试验,电气性能指标全部满足标准要求。由此表明,110kVPP绝缘电缆系统在高压输电领域具有较好的应用性且应用潜力较大。The application of polypropylene(PP)insulated power cables conforms to the concept of low-carbon environmental protection and energy conservation,and is a powerful support for promoting the cable industry towards the“dual carbon”goal.On the basis of the application of PP insulated medium-voltage cables,110 kV PP insulated cable has successfully independently developed.In order to evaluate the feasibility of its application,the electrical performance of 110 kV cables with PP insulation and XLPE insulation are tested and compared based on the existing 110 kV XLPE insulated cable products and test standards GB/T 11017—2014.The experimental verification results show that the developed 800 mm^(2) specification 110 kV PP insulated cable(PP insulation thickness designed as 16 mm)has been verified through power frequency margin voltage test and impulse margin voltage test,and has a large electrical margin.The 800 mm^(2) specification 110 kV PP cable system has passed the electrical type test,and all electrical performance indicators meet the standard requirements.This indicates that the 110 kV PP insulated cable system has good applicability and great potential in the field of high-voltage transmission.
